Anita is a performance improvement specialist with a background in industrial
engineering and with extensive experience designing and implementing comprehensive
consulting and training solutions. She is skilled in all aspects of performance
improvement including identification of customer needs, development of processes,
collection and analysis of data, development of skills, and design and implementation of
the tools needed to produce desired business results.  

Anita has over 20 years experience in the consumer products industry where she
worked for Colgate-Palmolive and Anheuser-Busch in a number of positions of
increasing responsibility. She has extensive experience with the Anheuser-Busch
distributor network in developing and deploying various sales and management
processes, and was the Director of Sales Department Research and Process
Improvement for A-B.

For the past eight years, Anita has worked with the Excellence in Missouri Foundation
evaluating companies based on the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence, and
is a national Baldrige Award examiner. She also conducts “Introduction to Six Sigma”
seminars on performance improvement methodologies.

Anita is an adjunct professor at Washington University, and her current clients include
several Fortune 100 companies.
